I chatted with them from 20th up until the 26th April (where I had my travel arrangement booked) and all I get was to wait for the response from immigration.

I also made sure they were informed that I have already made travel arrangements from Jordan to Dubai on the morning of the 26th. Twelve hours before my scheduled flpight I chatted with Stella and Raheela that I need to cancel my visa requesti so that I will not get stranded in Jordan or in Dubai due to a pending visa application but I was denied to do so since it was already submitted to appropriate department. I told them that it is my right to cancel my application. They were even asking me for a fee to do it which I was apparently reluctant to pay due to their incompetence to have my issues resolved. I asked to talk to a supervisor and Raheela told me that their supervisor will not be available until 11AM the next day (which is five hours beyond my flight schedule). She also added that a PRO has been sent and that I should wait for 5 hours to receive a response. Finally, I chatted with somebody three hours before my flight and I was told to wait for another three hours (which is my flight schedule!).
